Cajun Chicken Pasta

Whip up a comforting bowl of our Cajun Chicken Pasta in just 25 minutes! This recipe serves 4-6 and is a fantastic way to bring a bit of spice to your dinner table. Starting with Chicken with Attitude Hot and Spicy Sizzler Tenders and your favourite pasta shapes, this dish gets its kick from a generous sprinkle of Cajun seasoning. A creamy sauce envelops the pasta and peppers, creating a rich base that’s simply irresistible. Finish it by topping with the sizzler tenders, torn into bite-sized pieces, and a sprinkle of parsley. It’s a deliciously easy meal that’s sure to become a new favourite!






Sizzler Hot & Spicy Tenders


4 – 6

You will need:



  • 12 – 16 Chicken with Attitude Hot and Spicy Sizzler Tenders
  • 250g dried Rigatoni Pasta or pasta shapes of choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper and 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 2 – 3 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 250ml full fat milk*
  • 250ml double cream*
  • 60g full fat cream cheese
  • 100g finely grated parmesan**
  • Salt and Pepper to taste, Herb of choice to serve (we used parsley)

*You can use more 375ml of milk and 125ml of double cream if you prefer.

**Save time and cleaning up and buy parmesan pre grated.

Step-by-step guide:

1. One

Preheat your oven to 200C (400F).

2. Two

Place your chicken tenders on a baking tray and bake for 12 minutes. Alternatively, cook in your air fryer at 200C (400F) for 8 minutes.

3. Three

Meanwhile, place your pasta into a pot, cover with boiling water and simmer for 7 – 10 minutes; it’s best to cook the pasta a little al dente so it holds its structure in the sauce!

4. Four

Heat your oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add your diced pepper, stir and fry for 5 minutes.

5. Five

Add the cajun seasoning to the pan and mix with the peppers. Cook for 2 more minutes.

6. Six

Add the milk and double cream to the pan. Mix.

7. Seven

Add the cream cheese and whisk into the sauce until smooth. Once the sauce is bubbling, add the grated parmesan and cook for a further 3 – 5 minutes; until the sauce has thickened a little.

8. Eight

Drain the pasta and add it to the pan.

9. Nine

Chop or full apart the chicken tenders into bite size pieces.

10. Ten

  1. Place the pasta into bowls. Top with chunks of the chicken tenders. Sprinkle over thew parsley and a little black pepper. Serve immediately.
